Shipping & Exchange

Australian Orders

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Parcel Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online and can deliver within 2-7 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be provided on dispatch so you can track your order.

 

International Orders

We ship international orders by Australia Post Pack and Track International Services so that you can receive a tracking number, this will be provided on dispatch so you can track your order. To find out if we ship to your country, fill your shopping basket, once you have completed shopping check the dropdown box on your shopping cart to see if your country is listed. International shipping services have a 5-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays. Shipping cost to your destination will be added in your shopping cart.

 

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or full refund.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Domestic and International Australia Post Express is can be arranged if required, after your purchase, please email your transaction id to info@theblushclique.com.au and a new receipt for your postage will be issued as well as your tracking id. 

 

Exchange - Waist Trainers Only*

We offer exchanges on waist trainers if you have purchased the wrong size and only if the garmet has not been worn. Please contact info@theblushclique.com.au for details on how to exchange the item before returning. 

 

We do not offer Refunds on any items sold by The Blush Clique Pty Ltd. 

We do not offer exchanges on False Lashes and Face Masks for hygeine purposes. 

 

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please email info@theblushclique.com.au immediately. We will endevour to correct the problem without delay providing there is proof of the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
