Terms & Conditions

We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

Delivery

  • ‘The Blush Clique’ is unable to neither amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment. 
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Australia).
  • ‘The Blush Clique’ will not be held liable for any lost parcels, damaged items mailed out after tracking number has been emailed to buyer.
  • All orders for exchange must be returned within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at info@theblushclique.com.au 
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. ‘The Blush Clique’ will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent. There is strictly no cash refund or colour changes unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

 

Incorrect/ Faulty Item(S) Received

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

  • All exchanges will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • ‘The Blush Clique’ will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
    • All orders must be returned within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at info@theblushclique.com.au. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. ‘The Blush Clique’ will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund or colour changes unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

 

 

Size Exchanges For Incorrect Size Purchased on Waist trainer(s) only*

  • ‘The Blush Clique’ provides Size Exchanges for purchasing the wrong size. Email us immediately info@theblushclique.com.au with your proof of purchase and we can send you details of how to exchange. 
    • All orders must be returned within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

 

Payment

  • Currency displayed on theblushclique.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
  • We only accept one mode of payment: Paypal.
  • PayPal order(s) will be reserved for 2 hours upon receiving an invoice. 
  • All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  • ‘The Blush Clique’ aims to verify all internet-banking payments efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for ‘The Blush Clique’ to process your order. ‘The Blush Clique’ will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, ‘The Blush Clique’ would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.

 

Products

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • ‘The Blush Clique’ will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise by any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

 

Product Care

  • Hand wash your waist trainer with a mild detergent in warm water, and let air dry. Washer/Dryer use is not recommended. Hand wash every few days or as needed.
  • False Lash products are made for multiple use, but to ensure the longevity of your lashes, make sure to have a regular maintenance routine for your lashes. Glue and old makeup can build up and make your lashes look worn out  and old, so follow these steps to provide the proper care your lashes deserve. After removing your lashes from your eyes, getting rid of the old glue is important. Hold the lash by the base, and pull the glue off gently using either your fingers or a pair of tweezers. The glue usually comes off in one try. If this is not the case, a few gentle pulls will do the trick. Keep your lashes safe by storing them in their original tray. By doing so, your lashes will look fabulous for re-wear.
